SHIPPING POLICY

All items are printed and posted from the UK.

Cards are posted first class with Royal Mail.

Proof of postage is retained but we cannot be held responsible for anything lost in the post. Please contact me in advance if you would prefer a tracked service.

Framed prints are printed and framed to order.

They are then packaged in fully recyclable wrapping materials to be shipped to you using either DHL courrier or Tracked Royal Mail services.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We really hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

​

However, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

​

You are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning your item.

​

Please email us at annemacintyreprints@gmail.com to inform us of your intention to return with the reason for the return or exchange. A return address will be sent to you.

We recommend you use tracked delivery and retain a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit or for postage fees.

​

Once your return has been inspected a confirmation email will be sent to you to notify you of receipt of your item and also to confirm or reject the your refund dependent on the condition of the returned item. If approved we will credit your card or payment method within 7 days.

If your item has arrived damaged please take a photo of the item and packaging within 24 hours and email annemacintyreprints@gmail.com to arrange a refund.
